Shape and Shine File has four sides to shape your nails with a medium grit file, smoothes ridges, buff and add shine leaving you with smooth and super healthy looking, glossy nails.

Four Sides

Side 1 (purple) - File¬ Side 2 (green) - Smooth¬ Side 3 (pink) - Buff¬ Side 4 (grey) - Shine

To Use

Shape nails with the Purple side, always file on one direction from the side to the centre of the nail.¬Never file backwards and forwards as this can damage your nails.¬Excessive filing can weaken nails.¬Smooth ridges with the Green side, buff with the Pink side and finish off by shining your nails with the Grey side.¬Excessive use of the Pink and Grey sides can weaken nails.
